Rogue is a 7 year old sable German Shepherd. She is a large female with wide shoulders and a muscular build; weight of 78 lbs, and height of 24 inches at the shoulders. She was bred from strong German lines by Cel Hope (www.celhaus.com), an experienced and highly regarded breeder of successful working German Shepherds.

Rogue was a Search and Rescue K-9, trained in cadaver detection. She has been successfully deployed on many searches in law enforcement and volunteer situations.

Rogue has outstanding conformance, with a graceful, gliding gait. She has excellent prey, hunt, and retrieve drives.  She is highly intelligent, with an exceptional temperament.  Rogue is one of the harder females here at the farm, and shows her independence frequently.
 
Rogue is the alpha female at vom Wachter kennels and is by far the most intense and serious Shepherd I have ever owned; she herds the males around the yard and lets the puppies know their place in the pecking order.  She is intolerant of any females that do not respect her position.  Her disposition with humans is sweet and eager to please.  

Rogue is a wonderful mother to her pups, very attentive and protective.  She produced two wonderful litters for me, and is the dam of the 9/28/06 & 8/2/07 litters.  She is now spayed and free to enjoy her senior years.
